Carol R. Flowers Event Deliverables
For this event, several deliverables had to be developed. These deliverables included an invitation, bench design, bulletin board design, and other deliverables for little giveaways.
About The Event
The CCRTA operates out of two different buildings. The Operations Facility (which is where the buses depart and return) was renamed after the late dispatcher Carol R. Flowers. She was a ray of sunshine according to CCRTA workers, and we wanted to highlight her work and contributions that she made to the CCRTA as a whole, hence why the building was renamed after her.
Carol R. Flowers Invitation
Two different invites were developed for the event. One was a physical invite that was mailed out to CCRTA board members and Carol's family, and a digital one was developed for an e-mail being sent out to all CCRTA employees/former employees. When creating the invitation several assets were used such as a purple color palette, flowers, a sketched effect image of the new building.
Physical Invite: Below shows the final physical invite.
Digital Invite: Below shows the final design for the digital invite. This served as an image header for the email, and all the info was listed in the actual email.
Bench Design
Utilizing the same assets as the invitation, a bench design was created for the event. This bus bench would be put on 3 bus benches around town including at the Operations Center.
Bulletin Board Design
Utilizing the same assets, I created a bulletin board design that is located at the entrance of the Operations Center.
Flower Messages Design
Utilizing the same assets, I created some little cards to go on the little flower giveaways. These cards would be put in a card holder in the soil.
